I like the question at the end. Because funnily enough, by asking ourselves that question, we lose a bit of that niggling uncertainty. Once you can confirm to yourself that this step is necessary/a part of where I’m heading towards, you become just a little more confident to do it

Very true. Even if you’re wrong, you at least will learn something through the process vs being stuck doing nothing, and learning nothing.
